Privacy Policy — Reefy

Yilk Games ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Reefy. This page explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

What We Collect

  1. Game progress (local storage) — Your fish collection, tanks, coins, pearls, quests and settings are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers because Reefy does not operate its own backend.
  2. Sign-in via Google Play Games / Apple Game Center — If you choose to sign in, Google Play Games Services (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS) provides us with your player ID and display name to enable leaderboards and cloud save features. We do not receive your email address, real name, or any other account details. This data is handled under Google's and Apple's own privacy policies.
  3. In-app purchases — Purchases of in-game currency ("pearls") are processed through Google Play Billing / Apple App Store, using RevenueCat as our purchase-management provider. RevenueCat receives purchase/receipt data (such as product ID, purchase date, and an anonymous purchase token) to verify transactions and unlock your purchased items. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google/Apple.
  4. Friend codes — If you add a friend using a "REEF-XXXXX" code, that code is stored in your local save data only. No friend-list data is transmitted to a server.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or precise location. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Limited data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate the app: Google (Play Games Services, Play Billing), Apple (Game Center, App Store), and RevenueCat (purchase processing).

Children's Privacy

Reefy is a general-audience casual game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

You can play Reefy entirely offline/as a guest without signing in, in which case no data leaves your device except purchase processing if you make an in-app purchase.
