Yilk Games — Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Yilk Games ("we", "us") develops and publishes mobile and web games. This page explains what data our games may collect, how it's used, and how you can control it.
Quick Summary
- Some of our games store your progress only on your device — we never see it.
- Others back your progress up to our cloud save, so it survives a reinstall (currently: Reefy, Çengel Bulmaca, Little Grand Hotel, CosmicRumble). Those games create an anonymous player ID for you automatically — it carries no name, email, or phone number.
- Signing in with a Google account is always optional, and only exists so that backup can follow you to a new device.
- Some of our games show ads (currently: Reefy, Çengel Bulmaca, Little Grand Hotel).
- CosmicRumble is an online multiplayer game: it stores the display name you choose, your online status, and match/session data while you play. If you add friends, players who have your friend code can see that name.
- We never collect your name, phone number, or physical address.
- Purchases always go through Google Play / Apple App Store — we never see your payment details.
Scope
This policy covers every game Yilk Games has published, is publishing, or will publish in the future — currently Reefy, Little Grand Hotel, Çengel Bulmaca, Dleverse, Telve, Lightwake, Domina, and CosmicRumble. When we release a new game, it falls under this same policy automatically; we update this page instead of creating a new one. Not every practice below applies to every game — each category states which kind of game it applies to, and any game-specific detail is also declared in that game's own store listing (Play Console Data Safety / App Store Nutrition Label).
Data We Collect
- Local device data (all games) — Game progress, settings, and save data (for example Reefy's fish collection, or Little Grand Hotel's rooms and decorations) are stored locally on your device. Games that don't operate a backend never send this data to us. Separately, Android's own backup service may copy a game's local data into your personal Google account backup, which is what lets a reinstalled game find your progress again. That copy belongs to your Google account, not to us — we cannot read it, and you can turn it off in your device's Settings under Google → Backup.
- Cloud save data (games with cloud save, currently Reefy, Çengel Bulmaca, Little Grand Hotel and CosmicRumble) — CosmicRumble uses Unity Gaming Services (Authentication and Cloud Save) rather than Firebase, but the shape is the same: an anonymous player ID and your game progress — currency, level, costumes, avatar, achievements, quests and login streak. The other three sign you in anonymously with Firebase Authentication the first time they run, which produces a random player ID containing nothing about you, and copy your save to our database (Google Firestore) under that ID. What is copied is game data only — progress, currencies, collections, statistics and settings. Paid entitlements such as "remove ads" are deliberately never restored from the cloud; they are re-checked with the store on each device. This backup is part of how those games work rather than a setting you turn on, and it is stored so that only your own player ID can read it.
- Optional account sign-in (games with cloud save) — Reefy, Çengel Bulmaca and Little Grand Hotel all let you link a Google account so your backup can move to a new device. If you do, we receive the email address and display name of the account you picked, from Google's own sign-in screen; we do not use it to contact you and we do not share it. Linking is never required, and we never ask you for a password. In Little Grand Hotel the sign-in opens in your device's web browser rather than inside the game — the page you see there is Google's own, and you come back to the game once it finishes.
- Social data (games with a friends list, currently Reefy and CosmicRumble) — In CosmicRumble your friend code is the display name Unity Gaming Services gives you (for example Nova731#1234). Players who have that code can send you a friend request, and friends can see whether you are online or away and whether you are currently in a match or in the menus. Nothing else from your save is visible to them. Reefy gives you a random friend code and stores the display name you choose in Settings, your anonymous player ID, and your total score against it, so friends who have your code can see you on the leaderboard. Anyone signed in who knows a code can read the name and score behind it; codes cannot be browsed or enumerated, but they are not secret, so please don't put anything private in your display name. The rest of your save is never visible to friends.
- Invite records (games with invite links, currently Çengel Bulmaca) — If you share an invite link, or open one a friend sent you, we store a small record against your anonymous player ID: when it was created, which player ID invited you (if any), whether the invite reward has been claimed, and the in-game currency balance tied to the invite. That is how the reward reaches the right two players. No names or email addresses are involved — only the random IDs, and unlike Reefy's friend codes nothing here is readable by other players.
- Advertising data (games that show ads, currently Reefy, Çengel Bulmaca and Little Grand Hotel) — Ad networks such as Google AdMob may process your advertising ID, device information, and approximate (IP-based) location to deliver and measure ads. In the EEA/UK, a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) is shown before any ads load. Games that offer an ad-free purchase request no ads at all once you have bought it.
- Purchase data (games with in-app purchases) — Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing / Apple App Store. Some games (currently Reefy and Çengel Bulmaca) also use RevenueCat as a purchase-management provider, which receives purchase/receipt data such as product ID, purchase date, and an anonymous purchase token. We never receive or store your payment card details.
- Online multiplayer data (currently CosmicRumble) — Online matches run through Unity Gaming Services' session, lobby and relay services. While you are in a lobby or a match, that service holds your player ID, your display name, and the state of the match itself; your connection is relayed, so your IP address is visible to that service rather than to the other players. This data exists for the length of the session and is not kept afterwards. CosmicRumble has no chat, so no messages are collected. Any future online game falls under the same paragraph.
- Analytics and crash reports (where used, currently including CosmicRumble via Unity Analytics and Unity Cloud Diagnostics) — Some games may use anonymous or aggregated analytics and crash-reporting tools to help us find bugs and understand feature usage. This data is not used to identify you personally.
Third-Party Services
We do not sell your data. Depending on the game, we work with the following service providers, each under their own privacy policy: Google (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, which host our cloud save; Play Games Services; Play Billing; AdMob), Unity (Unity Gaming Services — Authentication, Cloud Save, Sessions/Lobby/Relay, Friends, Analytics and Cloud Diagnostics — which power CosmicRumble), Apple (Game Center, App Store), and RevenueCat (purchase processing). Which of these apply to a specific game is also listed on that game's own store page (Play Console Data Safety / App Store Nutrition Label).
Data Retention & Deletion
For games that only store data locally, uninstalling the app deletes it from your device completely — we hold nothing on our end. For games with cloud save, uninstalling removes the local copy only: we keep the cloud copy for as long as the game is in use, so that it is there when you reinstall or move to a new phone. In Little Grand Hotel you can delete it from inside the game — Settings ▸ Delete account data removes the local save, the cloud copy and the player account in one step. Otherwise, to have it deleted, write to us at the address below — from, or naming, the Google account you linked, or quoting your player/friend code if you never linked one — and we will delete your cloud save, along with any friend-code or invite record, and confirm it. The same applies to server-side data from any future online or multiplayer game. Data processed by Google, Apple or RevenueCat on our behalf, such as your advertising ID or purchase history, can also be managed or deleted directly from your Google or Apple account privacy settings.
