Yilk Games — Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This page explains how to have your account and game data deleted from games published by Yilk Games. It applies to every game we publish that has a cloud save — currently Reefy, Çengel Bulmaca and Little Grand Hotel.
In short
- Email yilkgamesstudio@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data.
- Tell us which game, and either the Google account you linked or your in-game player/friend code.
- We delete your cloud save and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.
- You do not need to delete anything to stop us storing new data — uninstalling the game stops it.
- In Little Grand Hotel you can also do it yourself in the game: Settings ▸ Delete account data.
Deleting from inside the game (Little Grand Hotel)
Little Grand Hotel can delete your data without writing to us at all. Open the profile screen from the top bar, choose ⚙ Settings and tap Delete account data — it asks once more to confirm, then removes this device's save, the cloud copy of it and the player account that was created for you. It happens immediately and cannot be undone, so make sure you want it gone.
Use the email route below instead if that fails (for example if the device is offline), if you no longer have the game installed, or if you are asking about Reefy or Çengel Bulmaca.
How to request deletion by email
- Send an email to yilkgamesstudio@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my data.
- Tell us which game you are writing about (Reefy, Çengel Bulmaca, or Little Grand Hotel).
- Tell us who you are in that game. Either send the email from the Google account you linked in the game, or name that account; if you never linked an account, send us your in-game player code or friend code instead. We need one of these because your save is stored under a random identifier with no name attached — without it we cannot tell which record is yours.
- Wait for our confirmation. We reply to confirm the request, carry out the deletion, and email you again when it is done. This normally takes a few days and never more than 30.
There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason. If we cannot match your request to a record — for example if the player code is mistyped — we will write back and ask, rather than delete the wrong data.
What gets deleted
On a verified request we permanently delete, for the game you name:
- Your cloud save — the whole stored document, including game progress, in-game currencies, collections, statistics and settings.
- Your player identity — the anonymous player ID the game created for you, and the link to your Google account if you made one. The email address and display name we received from Google go with it.
- Your friend-code record (Reefy only) — the friend code, the display name you chose, and your score.
- Your invite record (Çengel Bulmaca only) — who invited whom and whether the invite reward was claimed.
This is a deletion, not a deactivation: the records are removed, not hidden. Once it is done we cannot restore your progress, so please make sure you want it gone.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records — kept, and not ours to delete. If you bought something, the transaction record lives with Google Play (and, for Reefy and Çengel Bulmaca, with our purchase-management provider RevenueCat). Tax, accounting and refund rules require these to be retained, typically for up to 10 years depending on jurisdiction. They identify a transaction, not your game progress. Deleting your save does not cancel a purchase or trigger a refund — for refunds, contact Google Play.
- Advertising data — not held by us. Ads are served by Google AdMob using your device's advertising ID. We never receive or store it. You can reset or delete it yourself in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads, and that takes effect regardless of anything we do.
- Email correspondence — up to 12 months. We keep the deletion request itself so we can prove the request was made and honoured, then delete it.
- Anonymous, aggregated counts. Figures that cannot be traced back to any player — such as how many saves exist in total — are not affected by a deletion request.
Nothing else is retained. We hold no payment card details, no phone numbers, no addresses, and no advertising profile.
Deleting your data without deleting your account
You do not have to give up your account to have your data removed. Email yilkgamesstudio@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data and say that you want your game data deleted but your linked account kept. We delete the cloud save, the friend-code record and the invite record exactly as described above, and leave the account link in place, so you can keep playing and start a fresh save on your device the next time you open the game. The same 30-day timeline applies, and we confirm by email when it is done.
Equally, if you only want to stop new data being stored, uninstalling the game is enough on its own — you do not need to write to us at all.
What happens on your device
Uninstalling a game removes its local save from your device. Note that Android may separately keep a copy of app data in your own Google account backup, which is what lets a reinstalled game find your progress again. That copy belongs to your Google account rather than to us, and we cannot read or delete it — you can turn it off or clear it in your device's Settings → Google → Backup.
